A Warm-site is the next step in business continuance. Customer equipment is permanently setup and connected in a prepared area to minimize the delay in the commencement of operations. Software updates are periodic, requiring only last minute updates to resume business.

3. Hot

The most robust of our offerings, a Hot-site includes a very powerful feature not found in a Warm-site: Instead of needing to update equipment and software before business can commence, a Hot-site is always updated in real-time to ensure the smallest possible delay in resuming operations. This aspect of a Hot-site directly translates into reduced downtime and cost in the event of a disaster.
