How to Archive Data with Time Navigator

  1. From within the Time Navigator User Interface, select the menu Backup -> View
     
  2. Check the boxes next to the folders that you wish to archive.
     
  3. Select the menu Archiving -> Archive -> Incremental. This setting will archive the data if it has not been archived before OR if it has been modified since the last archive process.
     
  4. Select the Archive Folder or sub-folder where you wish the data to be archived. E.g. "501 - Business documents" Click OK and the Archive window appears.
     
  5. Check the "into an already existing archive" box and click OK. Then click the browse button to select the archive into which you want the data stored. The next dialog box indicates the archiving progression.
     
  6. Choose the menu Archiving -> View if you wish to view the data that is now contained in the Archive Folder.
